Following a strong 2012 we have seen 2013 levels of new business increase month on month.

To accommodate a broad range of new customers PNJ has invested in an additional 120 Tonne TRUMPF Press brake with state of the art offline programming and 5 axis bending equipment.

This top end equipment has been purchased to provide a number of new customers with larger sheet metal fabrications including electronic housings, rail communication equipment, parking meters, and grain hoppers for US and European agricultural markets.

Further strengthening our ability to meet new customer needs as well as enhance the quality products we supply our traditional customers, PNJ has ordered a bulk storage Nitrogen facility. This modern approach to laser cutting will eliminate the outdated requirement for oxygen only cutting and remove the need to treat oxidisation of steel components prior to painting.

This additional investment has been driven by our customers desire to provide off road vehicles of exceptional quality and endurance.

PNJ share our customer’s visions and seek to continually invest in equipment that offers processes at the forefront of our sector.

We will continue to expand our growing customer base during 2013 whilst ensuring we keep ahead on technology required to service our existing loyal customers across 8 counties worldwide.

During this busy period we have taken on board a number of significant new customers with additional turnover of circa £1,000,000.00. These new customers include the UK construction firm JCB and a large US agricultural equipment manufacturer.

Whilst continuing to flourish in the heavy vehicle sector PNJ has also won a number of contracts supplying a variety of different industries including Point of Sale, Household Goods, disability products and many more.

This year we have produced the two of the largest fabrications ever manufactured by the company and hope to see a record sales month this May.

Meanwhile our CAD experts are currently working with a number of potential new customers whom supply a vast array of products requiring our range of services.

We anticipate further investment to plant during second half of 2012 and look forward to updating the website later in the year.

With 2011 now well underway PNJ has seen some remarkable growth. With both existing and new customers experiencing extremely high levels of activity, we have elected to continue our commitment to investment in both plant and facilities.

Following a detailed review of our ongoing needs we recently ordered two new key pieces of equipment. An Investment of circa £600,000.00 on new equipment will see PNJ move towards its goal of offering an unrivalled service within its sector.

In the next few weeks we take receipt of a brand new Trumpf 5KW TruLaser 3030. This will bring our laser cutting department up to 3 machines offering the latest technology and cutting capabilities.

To compliment the new laser we will also take receipt of an additional Trumpf TruBend 3120. This new machine offers up to 3 meters in bending length and up to 120 tonnes in force. This will work alongside our existing Trumpf bending equipment again strengthening our range of capabilities.

Also, just this week we have secured an additional 10,000 Sq Ft of manufacturing space adjacent to our current premises. Unlike our freehold 32,000 Sq Ft premises, we have initially opted to rent this additional space with an option to purchase should it meet our longer term needs.

The additional space will be used to expand our welding capacity in line with customer demand, whilst offering generous office space to accommodate training and general expansion.

Finally, we are pleased to announce that Neil Cleaveley has been appointed to expand our interest in to new markets. Neil brings a wealth of experience that ranges all sectors of laser cutting and fabrication. His duty as new business development manager will no doubt see some new and diverse names added to our list of valued customers

This is an exciting period of ongoing development and as such further updates will be posted over the coming months.

Following four successful years in Estonia, PNJ has finally decided to re-locate all production back to the UK. Having seen a large swing in demand from labour intensive manual welding and presswork to high tech laser cutting and robotic welding, PNJ’s order book and customer base has changed dramatically.

Shifts in customer requirements during 2006 led the Estonia based company to invest in new high tech equipment which then needed to be relocated back to the UK in 2007. This was a difficult decision but with much of the end product serving UK, Italy, France and USA, Estonia no longer afforded the company either the support for new equipment or the geographic location best suited to serve its customer base.
